Bumperz at our Open Day

We are having a huge OPEN DAY on 2nd June 2012. Funballz Australia have just confirmed that they will not only be bringing along their Funballz to roll around in our Billabong, but they will bring their Bumpers too.

“Body Bumping” is great fun for all ages from 5 years upwards. One can roll around, bump, play football and more with these incredible Bumperz.
Bumperz is excellent for use on grass, out on the beach and in an incredibly Funballz Bumperz inflatable arena.

Activities:
1. Bumperz Sumo = The winner remains in the arena
2. Bumperz Football = Play against 1 or 2 goals.
3. Bumperz Battle = Plus points for every time you knock a competitor to the ground, minus points when you get knocked to the ground

Funballz Australia will donate a huge portion of their sales on the day to National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Water Funballz are $10 for 8 minutes. $4 of this will be donated to NBCF

Bumperz are $5 for 5 minutes. $2 of this will be donated to NBCF.

Grey Nomads on A Current Affair

Did anyone see the Grey Nomad story on A Current Affair in January? A lot of it was filmed in BIG4 Tweed Billabong, a paradise for Grey Nomads.

Every year the Grey Nomads head to the north coast, searching out a quiet place to rest and fish, or a happening place to meet friends, play golf or bowls, check out a free movie and enjoy a cheap meal at the local club. Tweed Heads has all this and more.

Tweed Coolangatta Golf Club and Club Banora offer some of the cheapest and best golf on the coast. With 5 large clubs in the area, there is always something to do. All clubs offer excellent discounted meals and entertainment such as free movies, bingo and international music. Try out Twin Towns Services Club, Club Banora, Seagulls, Tweed Heads Bowls Club or South Tweed Sports Club.

THE SMURFS are coming to BIG4 Tweed Billabong Holiday Park. BIG4 have announced a huge event in conjunction with Sony’s 3D DVD release of Smurfs in mid January 12. The promotion runs for the whole of January, with many different ways to join in the fun and win prizes. We are having a SMURF WEEK in the Park from Wednesday 4th January – Wednesday 11th January 2012. This will include Smurf Kids Club activities, colouring in competition and the Gala Smurf night on Saturday 7th January.

Funballz on the Billabong

We had a Ball yesterday (pardon the pun), with FUNBALLZ on the Billabong.

Kids lined up for over 3 hours to ‘walk on water’. The most fun you can have on water without getting wet.

Slushie Machine

We now have a Slushie Machine in our Shop. The kids are hypo already! It’s Strawberry and Blue Raspberry flavours this month at $1.70 for a small and $2.50 for a medium.

We are also having a little FUN by introducing a happy hour on Friday nights these school holidays. We’ll wheel the machine down to the Camp Kitchen. Discount slushie prices from 5-6pm. Adults need to bring along their own spirits. How creative can you get?

OK, So our Camp Kitchen really doesn’t look like this, and I really don’t look like that in a Hoola Skirt, but we can all dream!!

FUNBALLZ are coming to Tweed Billabong! Try out these giant balls on the Billabong these school holidays. Run around inside your own floating bubble. The most fun you can have on water without gettting wet.. Sunday 25th Sept and Sunday 2nd Oct from 1pm. $10 for 8 minutes.
